Ipo-ipo (Twister) in Surigao caught on Video

An amateur video captures a twister, locally known as "ipo-ipo" or "buhawi," as it strikes off the shore of Lianga, Surigao Del Sur.

This happened last Sunday August 21, 2011 at around 3PM.
